All individuals attending PSi #17, including presenters of papers, panels and shifts, must pay a registration fee. Delegate badges will be presented to you upon check-in at the conference and will be required for admission into every conference session.

PSi membership
Paying the registration fee makes you a member of Performance Studies international until the next conference in 2012. There is no separate membership fee. PSi membership is maintained through registration to the annual PSi conference and is valid for one year. For more information on becoming a PSi member, please consult the PSi website at www.psi-web.org.

Way of payment
Payment of the registration fee should be made in advance. Payments can only be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) or online bank transfer ('iDeal', selected Dutch banks only).
Please note: Registration fee includes only refreshments during the conference. It does not include lunches, dinners, transportation, hotel accommodation and tickets for theatre performances during the festival. 

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations should be made by e-mail to the FSC Conference Office at camillo@uu.nl. If notification is received before March 1, 2011, a total refund will be made. After this date, between March 1 and May 10, 2011, the refund will be 50%. There will be no refund for cancellations made after May 10, 2011. If you are not able to attend the conference, you are welcome to send a replacement.

Institutional membership
If you plan to participate in PSi #17 with another participant from your institution, you may want to consider institutional membership (cost: 600 EUR). Institutional membership includes 2 registrations and an advertisement in the conference program, as well as a logo of your institution plus a web link on the PSi #17 website. Please note that after April 28 we cannot offer an advertisement in the conference program anymore as part of the Institutional membership due to the production process of the programmebook. For institutional membership, please contact the FSC Conference office through camillo@uu.nl for further instructions.

Registration fees for PSi #17 in Utrecht are categorized in accordance with the following annual income rates:

Income rate 1 (below EUR 15.000)
Income rate 2 (between EUR 15-35.000 EUR)
Income rate 3 (above EUR 35.000)
